Roles & Responsibilities- Student & Parent Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, building strong rapport and providing empathetic, insightful guidance to students and their families.
- Program Advocacy: Conduct detailed program presentations over the phone and in person, articulating the value of our offerings with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Dual-Function Management: Balance academic advisory duties (course selection, student tracking) with business goals (lead conversion and enrollment targets).
- Administrative Excellence: Handle day-to-day administrative paperwork, student records, and reporting with high accuracy.
- Consultative Sales: Deliver persuasive pitches to prospective students, addressing their concerns and influencing their decision-making process.
