Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Student Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career pathways, offering personalized support and advice. Daily responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, managing student inquiries, maintaining communication with students and their families, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. The role also includes collaborating with the education team to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling for guiding students effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Familiarity with the education sector and experience in providing personalized career guidance.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
