Job Description: Sales Executive / Academic Advisor – Training Programs

FP&A Professionals Institute is a global training and certification platform based out of UAE focused on building world-class Finance and business partnering talent. Our programs are designed for finance professionals who want to transition into, grow, or accelerate their careers in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Our programs attract students and professionals from India, the Middle East, Africa, the US, the UK, and other global markets.
We are now looking for a driven sales professional who can help us increase enrollments into our programs and make an impact in transforming careers.
Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to convert qualified student leads into paid enrollments for the certification programs through consultative selling, structured follow-ups, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Counselling
Speak with inbound leads who have shown interest in the certification program through webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, email campaigns, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
Understand the candidate's background, career goals, current challenges, and interests
Explain the program structure, learning outcomes, career benefits, certification value, and enrollment process.
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help them choose the right program fit.
2. Sales Follow-up & Pipeline Management
Manage leads across different geographies and time zones.
Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn where applicable.
Maintain accurate lead status, notes, next steps, and conversion updates in CRM or tracking sheets.
Move leads through the sales funnel from inquiry to counselling to enrollment.
3. Enrollment Closure
Drive monthly enrollment targets for the certification programs.
Handle objections around pricing, recognition, time commitment, career outcomes, and program relevance.
Create urgency around cohort start dates, early-bird pricing, limited seats, or application deadlines.
Coordinate with the internal team for payment links, enrollment confirmation, onboarding, and student handover.
4. Student Relationship & Pre-Onboarding Support
Ensure a smooth experience for students from inquiry to payment to onboarding.
Share brochures, webinar recordings, testimonials, curriculum details, and other relevant resources.
Work closely with the marketing and program team to identify common objections and improve conversion messaging.

Working Style
This is a 100% remote role.The person should be comfortable working independently, managing daily follow-ups, and coordinating with the FPI team online.Since student leads come from across the globe, flexibility to handle calls across different time zones may be required.
