Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a skilled professional in student counseling and academic advising. The role involves providing one-on-one student counseling, guiding career decisions, offering academic advice, and actively engaging with students to ensure their educational and professional aspirations are met. You will also collaborate with the educational team to assist students in accessing the best learning resources and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support students in their educational and career goals.
• Strong Communication skills to establish effective and empathetic connections with students and their guardians.
• Experience in Academic Advising and knowledge of education systems to provide personalized academic guidance.
• Understanding of Education trends and methodologies to align learning programs with student needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage diverse student needs.
