## Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Academic Counsellor ** to join our growing admissions team.
In this role, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and provide expert guidance in selecting the most suitable learning program. This position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional learner experience.
## Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective learners regarding Eduinx programs and career opportunities.
* Engage with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual consultations.
* Understand candidates educational background, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable programs.
* Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and counselling to enrollment and post-sales coordination.
* Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Academics, Student Success, and Placements to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS updates.
* Build long-term relationships with prospective learners through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* **1–4 years of experience** in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or B2C Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
* Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and managing lead pipelines.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
**Candidates with prior experience in organizations such as Simplilearn, UpGrad, Great Learning, Edureka, PhysicsWallah, Byju's, Unacademy, or other reputed EdTech companies will be preferred.**
## Compensation & Benefits
* **CTC:** Up to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
