Job Title: Academic Advisor/ Assistant Professor (Research Programs) Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking technically proficient scholars (MTech/PhD) for a full-time remoteacademic role. This position bridges the gap between high-level computational research and global executive strategy. You will mentor a diverse, multinational cohort of C-suite executives and business owners, guiding them through doctoral coursework and applied research. Core Responsibilities
  • Virtual Technical Facilitation: Lead high-impact, virtual doctoral research on AI, IT, CS, ML, etc. focusing on how these technologies solve high-stakes enterprise problems.
  • Remote Research Supervision: Assist senior supervisors in refining candidates research methodologies via digital collaboration platforms, focusing on data-driven models, algorithmic transparency, and digital resilience.
  • The Digital Academic Bridge: Serve as the primary technical liaison for a global cohort, ensuring their industry insights are successfully translated into scholarly work through structured virtual mentorship.
  • Resource Engineering: Create high-quality digital learning assets, including research templates, course modules, and technical articles tailored for an asynchronous remote learning system.
  • Global Scholarly Progression: Drive learner retention across different time zones by providing proactive, critical-friend feedback on technical assignments and dissertation drafts.
  • Remote Academic Citizenship: Engage in virtual departmental committees, review research work, organize conferences, develop webinars, and contribute to the publication output.
Candidate Profile1. Academic & Technical Foundation
  • Required: MTech/ME in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ AI & ML/ Cyber Security/ Information Security/ Data Science/ Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Business Analytics/ Software Engineering/ Computational and Data Sciences
  • Highly Preferred: PhD (completed or in the final stages) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
  • Domain Depth: Robust knowledge of neural networks, ethical AI, or advanced threat intelligence, with the ability to view these through a management/business lens.
2. Experience & Digital Aptitude
  • Teaching/Facilitation: 35 years of experience is preferred, but we highly value candidates with experience as Teaching Assistants or Lecturers.
  • Remote Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use virtual tools to manage engagement and facilitate complex technical discussions.
  • Research Output: A strong foundation in academic writing with a track record of (or clear potential for) publishing in high-impact, indexed journals.
3. Professional & Communication Skills
  • Executive Presence (Virtual): The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical C-suite leaders with clarity and a professional, neutral accent over video conferencing.
  • Global & Growth Mindset: Cultural sensitivity to work with multinational learners and a willingness to master the art of doctoral supervision under senior faculty mentorship.
  • Self-Management: As a remote role, the candidate must be highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing global learner cohorts independently.
