Role Description

This full-time, on-site Academic Advisor(Sales) role is based in Saket. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting appropriate courses, addressing inquiries related to admissions, and providing one-on-one academic counseling. Additional responsibilities include assisting students with enrollment processes, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The Academic Advisor will also work closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a positive learning experience for students.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
  • Inbound and outbound call
  • Knowledge of educational programs, especially graphic design and web design courses
  • Proficiency in record-keeping, organization, and time management
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and administrative staff
  • Experience in academic advising, career counseling, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn other educational software
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Working Days - 6 days a week

Working Hours - 9:30am to 6:30 pm
