Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, based in Kochi. The Academic Advisor will guide and assist students in identifying suitable academic programs and institutions abroad, provide career counseling, and help students navigate the application and visa processes. Additionally, the candidate will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, support students in setting educational goals, and ensure they have the resources to succeed in their academic pursuits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education, with familiarity in guiding students through academic selection and enrollment processes.
• Ability to offer personalized advice and address individual student needs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and online tools commonly used in education or consulting.
• Previous experience in educational consulting or study-abroad services is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
