Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Senior Academic Advisor. Responsibilities include providing personalized academic and career counseling to students, helping with university and course selection, and advising on admission and documentation processes. The advisor will also guide students on visa procedures, interview preparation, and facilitate pre-departure orientations. Collaborating with teams to ensure students achieve their academic and professional goals will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in education and career decisions
• Strong knowledge of Academic Advising and Education to support students in course and university selection
• Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with students and their families
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in overseas education consulting or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred
