Job Summary

We are looking for Academic Counsellors who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with students and parents. This role involves counseling students on college admissions, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring successful enrollment.

Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with sales, telecalling, or counseling experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and the admission process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from student leads
• Follow up with interested students and guide them till admission closure
• Explain eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and trackers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
• Provide excellent student experience and build long-term trust

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Freshers or candidates with sales / telecalling / counseling experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Hindi; any additional language is a plus)
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
