Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for the role of an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective students regarding available career paths, course options, and training programs offered by DUCAT. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, assisting with enrollment procedures, and providing support to ensure students make informed decisions about their careers. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive experience for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling, providing career guidance, and addressing individual student needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
• Organizational skills for managing records, schedules, and maintaining an efficient workflow
• Familiarity with education and career paths in IT, as well as training program structures
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience or training in education counseling, recruitment, or a similar field is preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is desirable
