The AC Technician will be responsible for performing daily maintenance, repair, and service on various air conditioning systems within the property. Tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient functioning of HVAC systems. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Crowne Plaza Kochi, requiring hands-on expertise and a commitment to maintaining a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and ability to identify potential system faults
• Experience with plumbing and understanding of associated systems
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and electricity systems relevant to air conditioning and refrigeration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
• A diploma or certification in HVAC systems and relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
