As ABM Manager, you will own integrated, multi‑channel campaigns for priority accounts, working across marketing and sales to drive pipeline. This is a jack‑of‑all‑trades role requiring strong project management and a solid grasp of how channels work together.

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that consistently drive qualified pipeline for priority segments and accounts
  • Establish a repeatable campaign planning and execution framework across marketing and sales
  • Improve conversion from marketing programs to SDR engagement and sales opportunities
  • Create clear performance visibility across campaigns tied to demand and pipeline goals
  • Launch and refine targeted ABM motions for high-value accounts

Day to Day:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid, content, and other relevant channels
  • Coordinate with channel owners (email, paid, content, etc.) to deliver cohesive campaigns end-to-end
  • Work closely with SDRs and sales teams to translate 1-to-many programs into effective 1-to-1 outreach plays
  • Partner with content, RevOps/DevOps, and cross-functional teams to enable campaign success
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against pipeline and revenue goals
  • Continuously optimize messaging, sequencing, and channel mix based on performance data
  • Support and execute targeted ABM initiatives for high-value accounts (where relevant)

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns (not limited to a single channel)
  • Strong project management skills: scoping, planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience working closely with SDR and sales teams on shared campaigns and plays
  • Strong understanding of demand generation fundamentals and pipeline creation
  • Ability to align multiple stakeholders and channels toward a unified campaign objective
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or CRM)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience executing targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts
  • Background in SaaS or B2B software
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Comfort working across common marketing and CRM tools
