Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gwalior for Abhilasha's Teacher Training Program (TTP). Selected candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and comprehensive lesson plans tailored to students needs. In this role, participants will actively participate in teaching and training sessions, collaborate with other educators, and ensure adherence to the institute's high academic standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting in curriculum development and facilitating constructive communication with students and parents to foster academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and creating dynamic, student-centric study plans
• Strong foundational skills in Education and Teaching, with a passion for learning and imparting knowledge
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts and engage with students and team members
• Experience or aptitude in Training others and facilitating educational growth
• Prior teaching experience or certification in education is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field
• Diligent, disciplined, and growth-oriented approach to education

Pay(CTC): 5-6 LPA

Experience: 0-4 years

Max. Age Limit: 30 years or less

Candidates travelling from outside Gwalior will be provided Travelling Allowance up to Train Third AC (3AC) fare. Kindly bring a valid ticket/receipt for reimbursement.
