ABAP Developer

• 5+ years of experience in ABAP development especially ABAP OO.
• Responsible for design, development, testing and support of components of a project module.
• Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles.
• Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/guidance.
• Be self-motivated, team player, quick learner and willing to go beyond expectation to deliver beautiful and great quality products.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Good Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in computer science or related technical discipline
• Strong programming background in ABAP/ABAP OO
• Excellent technical skills in ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) modeling, OData , Fiori, extensibility and API development
• Experience in ABAP unit testing
• Exposure to agile development methodologies like Scrum
• Experience or functional knowledge in S/4HANA PM/MM is desirable
• Experience in integration of SAP S4HANA suite with other systems
• Good to know ABAP RAP , Data Replication Framework, Application Integration Framework, OData client proxy, web services, SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Integration
• Exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and customer-facing experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must-haves to be successful in this role
