Key Responsibilities
- Should have adequate knowledge in designing Plastics, Sheetmetal and die-casting components
- Should have adequate knowledge of Plastics, Sheetmetal and die-casting manufacturing processes
- Should have adequate Knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T
- Should have adequate Knowledge in DFMEA, DFM and DFA
Skill And Experience Required
Candidate should have 5+ years Experience
Good presentation & communication skill Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Should be available to travel to customer location along with Customer frontend team
Concept creation and development 3D & 2D maturation as per project requirement Customer interaction to understand the requirements Packaging studies of standard Southco products in customer application Close co-ordination with NPD team / Prototype analysis / root cause analysis
