Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Provide strategic direction for the C&I CHP business unit.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to expand the CHP portfolio.
  • Lead the team in the successful delivery of CHP projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Project Management:
  • Supervise the design, implementation, and commissioning of CHP systems in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the integration of CHP solutions into client operations, optimizing energy usage and system performance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage financial aspects of CHP projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure projects meet profitability targets and provide financial analysis to senior management.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Continuously monitor and improve the operational efficiency of CHP systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards and environmental regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the C&I CHP team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Set performance goals and manage team development to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing CHP projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CHP technologies, energy systems, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant standards and laws.

Desired Skills

  • Technical expertise in energy systems, specifically CHP and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
