Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:
Provide strategic direction for the C&I CHP business unit.
Oversee the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to expand the CHP portfolio.
Lead the team in the successful delivery of CHP projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Project Management:
Supervise the design, implementation, and commissioning of CHP systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee the integration of CHP solutions into client operations, optimizing energy usage and system performance.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Financial Oversight:
Manage financial aspects of CHP projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure projects meet profitability targets and provide financial analysis to senior management.
Operational Excellence:
Continuously monitor and improve the operational efficiency of CHP systems.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards and environmental regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the C&I CHP team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Set performance goals and manage team development to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in managing CHP projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of CHP technologies, energy systems, and market trends.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive business growth.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Ability to navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant standards and laws.

Desired Skills

Technical expertise in energy systems, specifically CHP and related technologies.
Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and renewable energy solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
