Role Description

We are seeking a Blown Film Operator to oversee and manage the operation of our 7-layer blown film extrusion machinery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure optimal performance and output. You will work closely with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining blown film extrusion machinery and understanding of related technical processes
• Knowledge of production standards, including quality control measures and safety regulations
• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
• Ability to handle high-capacity machinery and ensure efficient workflow
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and understanding technical schematics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production teams effectively
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred
