Description
We are seeking an experienced 6G ARC Welder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and be able to perform high-quality welds on a variety of materials. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform 6G welding on various materials including steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in welding, specifically in 6G welding techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong understanding of welding equipment and tools, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Knowledge of welding standards and certifications, such as ASME and AWS.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Ability to work in various positions, including overhead and vertical welding.
