Senior Product Manager — Mobile CRM

LeadSquared is a SaaS platform that helps sales and marketing teams automate their processes and drive predictable revenue growth. Our Mobile CRM product powers field sales, service, and collections teams for enterprises across industries — enabling them to work efficiently from anywhere, often in low-connectivity environments.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas within our Mobile CRM product line. This role is for someone who has hands-on expertise in building and scaling mobile applications, understands the nuances of mobile-first product design, and can translate customer problems into well-scoped, high-impact product solutions for field-force users.

You will own specific product areas end-to-end — from discovery and prioritization to design, engineering collaboration, and go-to-market — working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ship great mobile experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for specific modules/areas within LeadSquared's Mobile CRM offering.
  • Deeply understand the workflows of field sales, service, and collections users, and translate their pain points into scalable mobile product solutions.
  • Drive the complete product lifecycle for mobile features — problem discovery, requirement definition, UX collaboration, engineering handoff, QA, release, and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner closely with engineering to make key technical/product trade-off decisions specific to mobile (offline-first architecture, sync mechanisms, battery/data efficiency, device fragmentation, native vs. cross-platform trade-offs).
  • Track and improve key mobile app metrics — adoption, engagement, retention, app store ratings, crash-free sessions, performance benchmarks.
  • Work with design teams to ensure the mobile experience is intuitive, fast, and optimized for field usage (including low-bandwidth and offline scenarios).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to gather market feedback, understand competitive positioning, and shape GTM narratives for mobile capabilities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, and contribute to customer/prospect conversations as needed.
  • Stay current on mobile platform changes (iOS/Android OS updates, app store policies, emerging mobile technologies) and proactively assess their impact on your product areas.
  • Mentor junior PMs or associate product managers on the team as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of overall product management experience, with a significant portion spent building and scaling mobile applications (native iOS/Android and/or cross-platform).
  • Proven experience owning mobile features or products end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-specific product considerations: offline-first design, data sync, push notifications, app performance, battery optimization, and device/OS fragmentation.
  • A strong track record of using data to drive product decisions — comfort with analytics tools, app performance dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Prior experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise B2B products is a strong plus.
  • Experience with field-force, sales-force automation, or logistics/service mobile apps is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills — able to articulate product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, with a bias for shipping fast and iterating based on real-world feedback.
