Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for an HR Operations professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions while partnering closely with senior HR leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about improving employee experience and HR processes.

As part of the HR Operations team, you will handle a wide range of HR activities, including employee lifecycle management, HR data reporting, policy implementation, and employee support. You will contribute to maintaining efficient HR systems and processes while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Manage onboarding activities, including conducting new employee orientations and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
  • Maintain accurate HRMS records and employee files
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and assisting in conflict resolution.
  • Support benefits administration, including employee communication, issue resolution, and updates.
  • Generate and analyze HR data using Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and identify trends to improve retention and engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on performance management, including coaching and counselling support.
  • Assist in evaluating HR initiatives and recommending process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in HR and administrative meetings, contributing to operational planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of HR operations, processes, and industry best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and reporting systems; experience with Keka is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear, actionable way
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
