We're Hiring: HR Manager – Pune
Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for performance-driven HR systems We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives across our dynamic verticals – MICE, Travel, and Retail.
About the Role: As an HR Manager, you will drive the design and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. You will build and manage our Performance Management System (PMS), develop KRA/KPI structures, and ensure seamless performance tracking. Your expertise will help shape our organizational structure, streamline talent acquisition, and automate HR processes for enhanced efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Build and manage Performance Management System (PMS)
Define and deploy KRA/KPI frameworks
Track and monitor performance metrics regularly
Drive talent acquisition for client-facing and operational roles
Develop organizational structures, roles, and accountability frameworks
Implement HRMS/tools for performance tracking & automation
Ensure compliance & effective employee lifecycle management
What We're Looking For:
6–8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
Proven expertise in PMS implementation, KRA/KPI frameworks, and organizational structuring
Hands-on experience in hiring for execution-heavy/service industries
Strong skills in performance management, analytics, policy design, and stakeholder management
Preferred Industry Background:
MICE / Events
Travel & Tourism
Hospitality
Retail
Consulting / Service-based firms
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
Location: Pune
CTC 10 - 12 LPA
