Job Description

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:

Led end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans and workforce forecasting.

Partnered with senior leadership to define hiring priorities, budgeting, and talent pipelines across functions.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering:

Acted as a strategic hiring advisor to business heads, understanding workforce needs and driving hiring plans accordingly.

Conducted regular hiring reviews with leadership to track progress and optimize recruitment strategies.

Team Management & Capability Building:

Led and mentored recruitment teams to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and closure rates.

Built recruiter capability through training on sourcing strategies, interviewing, and market mapping.

Vendor, ER & Channel Management:

Managed external vendors, job portals, and recruitment agencies to ensure quality pipeline and cost efficiency.

Optimized sourcing mix including referrals, social hiring, and campus recruitment.

Data-Driven Hiring & Reporting:

Tracked key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, drop-offs).

Used analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

Strengthened employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Ensured seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Coordination with the COEs:

Execution of regulars interventions by COE team, Liaison between field HR team and COE team for all clearance and due diligence.
