Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Butler - Supervisor at The Den. The Butler - Supervisor will oversee all aspects of personalized guest services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing a team of butlers, training staff to adhere to high service standards, attending to high-profile guests needs with discretion and attention to detail, maintaining guest spaces to perfection, and addressing any special requests or preferences. The role also encompasses the coordination of daily operations across multiple departments for seamless service delivery.

The Butler Service Leader is the custodian of service consistency, operating the Butler Cell - the control

nerve centre of the luxury guest experience.

This role is mission‑critical for ensuring:

· No service gaps

· No ownership ambiguity

· No inconsistency across shifts, days, or guest touchpoint

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in team management, problem-solving, and leadership
  • Proficiency in providing exceptional guest service with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective guest interaction
  • Knowledge of hospitality etiquette, standards, and luxury guest expectations
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments
  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to dynamic operational needs
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
