Job Description – 4D BIM Specialist
Position: 4D BIM Specialist
Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced 4D BIM Specialist to join our Digital Construction team at Techture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating project schedules with 3D BIM models to deliver 4D simulations that support efficient construction planning, sequencing, and project monitoring for global projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage advanced 4D BIM models using Synchro 4D Pro.
Integrate Primavera P6 / MS Project schedules with BIM models to create time-linked construction sequences.
Produce construction simulation videos and sequencing animations for internal and external presentations.
Conduct What-If scenario analysis to support optimized planning and site logistics.
Coordinate with planning, BIM, and engineering teams to ensure schedule-model data accuracy.
Support progress monitoring, clash coordination, and reporting through 4D workflows.
Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), organizational standards, and client requirements.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and present 4D simulations and insights.
Contribute to extended BIM workflows such as 5D (cost) and 6D (facility management).
Skills & Expertise Required
Strong proficiency in Synchro 4D Pro (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
Understanding of construction sequencing, logistics planning, and project controls.
Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms such as ACC/BIM 360 or ProjectWise.
Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in 4D / 5D BIM, VDC, or Digital Construction.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong visualization, analytical, and presentation skills.
