We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Migration Consultant with a strong background in CAD data migration for Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE implementations. You will be working remotely as part of our professional services team, directly with a USA-based client.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with migration tools like EDAT (Engineering Data Authoring Tool) and Transition Assistant, combined with strong development skills in Java and .NET. This role demands in-depth expertise in engineering data models, PLM systems, and complex data transformation strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to 3DEXPERIENCE.

• Lead and execute end-to-end CAD data migration projects including scoping, mapping, staging, transformation, validation, and post-load activities.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using EDAT, Transition Assistant, or other certified Dassault Systems migration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legacy systems, define data mapping rules, and execute high-quality data migrations.
• Develop and maintain custom migration scripts/tools using Java, .NET, and related technologies for high-volume and complex operations.
• Execute thorough data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure integrity and accuracy post-migration.
• Optimize performance of bulk CAD data operations, including assembly structures, metadata, file links, and document relationships.
• Contribute to migration strategy development for both on-premise and cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE deployments.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation covering migration plans, data mappings, logic, and transformation workflows.

• 8+ years of experience in PLM data migration, including 2+ years with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Proven experience with CAD data migration tools such as EDAT, Transition Assistant, or similar.
• Proficient in Java and .NET for automation, customization, and integration of migration tools.
• Deep understanding of engineering data structures, BOMs, and CAD file formats (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, etc.).
• Experience with SQL, XML, and Web Services/APIs for integration and data operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.

• Experience migrating from legacy PLM/PDM systems like ENOVIA VPM, SmarTeam, Agile, Windchill, EPDM, or Adept.
• Knowledge of XPDM, 3DX Web Services, or similar integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for automated migration pipelines.
• Industry domain experience in Aerospace, Automotive, High-Tech, or Manufacturing environments.

• To work directly with our USA client on their own payroll in India.
