3DX Application Support Engineer

Provide technical support for 3DEXPERIENCE platform users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Investigate and resolve issues related to ENOVIA and other 3DX apps.
Monitor platform performance and availability, escalating system-level incidents as needed.
Assist in user management, role assignments, and license troubleshooting.
Perform routine health checks, log analysis, and validation of scheduled jobs and integrations.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Document solutions, known issues, and resolutions in a knowledge base.
Participate in upgrade testing, patch validation, and post-deployment support.
