About ePlane: We are engineering the inevitable. Incubated at IIT Madras, ePlane is building India's first compact flying electric taxi. We don't just move people; we defy gravity. We are a deep-tech company with the soul of a design studio, and we need a digital artist to help us visualize the future of urban mobility.
The Mission: We need a 3D artist who doesn't just render models but creates worlds. You will be the director of photography for our digital fleet. Your mission is to take our CAD data and turn it into hyper-realistic, emotionally resonant visuals that make investors believe and passengers dream.
What You'll Build:
- Cinematic Flight Sequences: Use Unreal Engine 5 to create breathtaking videos of the e200x flying over realistic cityscapes (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai).
- High-Fidelity Product Renders: Use Blender/Maya to create studio-quality stills and animations that highlight the engineering beauty of our aircraft components.
- Immersive Environments: Build digital twins of our vertiports and urban operating environments using photogrammetry and procedural tools.
- Real-Time Experiences: Develop interactive VR/AR assets for investor demos and pilot training simulations.
Who You Are:
- The World Builder: You know that lighting and texture are everything. You can make a 3D model feel like it has weight and history.
- Unreal Specialist: You are comfortable with Blueprints, Sequencer, and Lumen. You know how to optimize scenes for real-time rendering without sacrificing quality.
- Tech-Art Hybrid: You understand PBR workflows and can translate complex engineering files (STEP/IGES) into render-ready assets.
- Tool Agnostic: While UE5 is key, you are proficient in Blender, Maya, or C4D for modeling and texturing.
