Role Summary

We are hiring a 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in creating high-quality architectural visualizations for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in producing photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals that effectively communicate design intent.

Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary architecture, urban planning, and infrastructure consultancy delivering large-scale public-sector and infrastructure projects across India.

We collaborate with Government Departments, Urban Local Bodies, and developers to deliver technically sound, visually compelling, and execution-ready design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization Modeling & Rendering

Produce high-quality, photorealistic Architectural renders.

Translate design concepts, mood boards, and drawings into clear and compelling visual outputs.

Accurately represent materials, lighting, textures, and proportions.

Develop both conceptual visuals and final presentation renderings.

Maintain consistency with visual and presentation standards.

Design Development Support

Collaborate closely with designer's team to interpret and enhance design intent.

Support spatial studies, material exploration, and lighting development.

Develop, manage, and update 3D models throughout project evolution.

File Management & Coordination

Maintain organized project files, models, materials, and asset libraries.

Ensure proper version control and structured file management.

Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure visual accuracy.

Support preparation of client presentations when required.

Technical Skills

Required Software Expertise:

3ds Max

Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray

Adobe Photoshop

After Effect

Knowledge of AI-supported visualization tools

AutoCAD

Basic animation and video production

Core Competencies

Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial composition.

Excellent visual sensitivity, aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail.

Ability to accurately interpret and communicate design intent.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.

Strong English communication skills.
