Role DescriptionEvents Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Production, Operations, and Client Servicing teams to create innovative, out-of-the-box visual concepts.
- Deliver creative design solutions for event-specific requirements, including:
- Invite Design
- Set Design (Backdrop, Entrance, Theme-based Props)
- Mementos
- Independently handle the entire process from conceptualization to execution with minimal supervision.
- Design and sketch complete event concepts and provide end-to-end creative solutions based on the brief.
- Interact with clients when required to ensure clarity and alignment on the creative brief.
- Ensure all designs are production-feasible and meet production standards.
- Coordinate with the Production team to confirm accurate sizing and specifications.
- Maintain proper backups of artwork in the designated formats.
- Conduct recce visits at production houses to ensure design accuracy.
- Oversee onsite setup to ensure correct implementation.
- Maintain and update databases, sketches, inventories, books, and stationery.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure artwork is printed or executed as visualized, in collaboration with the Operations team.
Team Management:
- Motivate and lead the team effectively.
- Groom and train team members to enhance their skills.
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on strengths and requirements.
- Ensure the team delivers quality output within deadlines.
