About the Role:
Blazewell Events is looking for a seasoned and visionary 3D Visualiser who brings creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to the table. This role demands a strong design sensibility along with hands-on experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality 3D and 2D designs for events, exhibitions, and experiential setups
- Translate concepts into visually compelling designs and presentations
- Collaborate with the conceptual and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Work closely on design concepts, mood boards, and client pitches
- Maintain a strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and spatial design
Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design, specifically within the events & exhibitions industry
- Strong expertise in both 3D and 2D designing tools
- Proven ability to think conceptually and execute creatively
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a design team
- A clear design vision with attention to detail and innovation
