Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2 years of professional experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to handle architectural projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs, concepts, and layouts.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, 3D models, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions.
- Work closely with structural engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are followed.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Support senior architects in project planning and design development.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
