Role Description
We are seeking skilled 3D Visualizer to collaborate closely with our architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate is responsible for producing high-quality interior renderings that accurately represent our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for both interior spaces.
- Collaborate with the projects and design team to understand project requirements and translate them into visual representations.
- Utilize software such as Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD to create accurate and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
- Ensure that all visualizations align with the project's design intent and expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in architecture, interior design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, including but not limited to: 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Render, Adobe Creative Suit, AutoCAD, V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, demonstrating both technical skills and artistic sensibility.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
