We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and lead prestigious residential projects with a strong focus on design excellence, technical precision, and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning representations.
• Work closely with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
• Ensure all visualizations meet the studio's quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in 3D visualization, Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
