Role Overview
We are seeking a talented 3D Product Designer to lead the mechanical design and modeling of our wearable devices. You will work closely with hardware engineers and industrial designers to transform concepts into manufacturable products that are visually appealing, comfortable to wear, and robust.

Responsibilities
- Create and refine 3D CAD models and assemblies for slim wearable devices, including enclosures, straps, sensor housings, buttons, and connectors.
- Design product aesthetics to align with brand vision while ensuring ergonomic comfort and durability.
- Collaborate with electrical and firmware teams to ensure optimal component fit and integration.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and documentation to support prototyping and production.
- Iterate designs based on usability testing, manufacturing feedback, and material constraints.
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (injection molding, 3D printing, CNC machining).
- Maintain version control and design standards compliance throughout product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Creo.
- Experience designing compact, ergonomic wearable devices or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of materials used in wearables (TPU, silicone, plastics) and manufacturing methods.
- Ability to balance aesthetics, function, and manufacturability in design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
