Job Description

Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks (Must) & AutoCAD.
Prepare part, manufacturing and assembly drawings compliant with ISO/ANSI and company standards.
Import/export and validate electromechanical components within system models.
Develop fabrication-ready drawings adhering to internal design guidelines.
Generate and manage detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Support concept development with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Apply DFMEA/FMEA practices to enhance design robustness.
Ensure proper material selection based on IS metal grades and performance needs.
Design with understanding of sheet metal design, fabrication methods, coating, and surface finish.
Integrate mechanical systems into standard shipping containers, understanding container structure and constraints.
