About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on 3D Generalist who can work across the CG pipelinefrom modeling and surfacing to lighting/render and compositingwhile collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines. If you're strong in Maya/3ds Max/ZBrush/Blender and can support Nuke compositing, with exposure to Houdini FX, Silhouette, and Unreal Engine, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Create production-ready 3D assets (models, UVs, textures, lookdev)
- Handle lighting, rendering, and scene assembly for shots/projects
- Support compositing in Nuke (multi-pass comp, cleanup, integration)
- Work on FX simulations / procedural workflows in Houdini (as needed)
- Support real-time workflows in Unreal Engine when required
- Use Silhouette for roto/paint/cleanup tasks (if applicable)
- Maintain clean project files and follow naming/pipeline standards
- Collaborate with designers/marketing/content teams and deliver on deadlines
Required Skills / Software
- Autodesk Maya

- Houdini (basic to intermediate is fine; strong learners welcome)

- Unreal Engine (basic to intermediate is fine)
Nice to Have
- Experience with game assets / cinematic workflows
- Understanding of PBR workflows (Substance Painter is a plus)
- Basic rigging/animation knowledge
- Strong eye for realism, composition, lighting, and detail
