About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling 3D assets, product renders, and animations that align with our brand identity and elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities –

3D Generalist3D Modeling & Asset Creation

Create high-quality 3D models including products, environments, and props

Ensure clean topology and optimized geometry for efficient workflows

Texturing & Material Development

Develop realistic and stylized textures aligned with project requirements

Work with PBR workflows (albedo, roughness, normal, etc.) for accurate surface detailing

Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics for product visualizations

Lighting & Rendering

Design lighting setups that enhance mood and highlight product features

Optimize render settings to balance visual quality and render time

Produce high-quality photorealistic and stylized renders

Animation & Motion Design

Create engaging product animations including rotations, reveals, and simulations

Apply motion design principles such as timing, spacing, and transitions

Work with keyframes, graph editors, and physics-based simulations

Collaboration & Workflow Management

Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to ensure cohesive outputs

Interpret creative briefs and implement feedback effectively

Iterate based on manager and client feedback in a timely manner

Maintain organized project files and version control for smooth workflow

Product Launch & Video Production

Ideate and execute compelling 3D product launch videos

Develop storyboards and incorporate feedback during pre-production

Edit final videos with high-quality sound effects, music, and text animations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing product visualization and animation work
• Proficiency in tools like Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max (any)
• Experience with rendering engines (Octane, Redshift, Arnold, etc.)
• Understanding of lighting, composition, and branding aesthetics
• Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge is a plus
