Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Nagpur for a 3D Faculty member at Arena Animation. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering highly engaging training sessions in 3D animation, modeling, and related software. Faculty members will guide students through hands-on projects, mentor them on mastering technical and creative skills, and stay updated on trends and tools in the animation and design industry. Collaboration with academic teams to develop course content and projects is also required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in 3D Animation, Modeling, and Rendering software and tools, such as Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Blender, or equivalent industry-standard software
• Strong skills in Visual Storytelling, Character Animation, and Environment Design
• Experience in Texturing, Rigging, and Lighting techniques
• Familiarity with industry-standard workflows and emerging trends in animation and design
• Excellent communication and teaching skills to effectively train and engage students
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their skills
• A background in art, design, animation, or a related field with relevant certification or degree
• Prior teaching experience and a portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D animation will be considered an advantage
