Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Exhibition/Event Designer with expertise in Production Drawings to join our team. This role demands a strong design sensibility combined with a practical understanding of structural feasibility and fabrication processes. You will be responsible not only for developing stunning 3D visualisations but also for translating these into detailed, executable production drawings for fabrication and on-site implementation.

This is a hands-on design and execution role that bridges creativity with technical accuracy, ensuring designs are not only visually compelling but also production-ready.

• Conceptualise and design 3D exhibition booths, event spaces, kiosks, and experiential setups based on client briefs.
• Develop accurate and detailed production drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts for fabrication and on-ground execution.
• Collaborate closely with sales, event planning, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Convert creative concepts into practical solutions by balancing aesthetics with structural and material limitations.
• Revise designs as needed based on internal or client feedback and provide support throughout the production and installation phases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, printing methods, and fabrication techniques relevant to exhibitions and events.
