Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and route 3D wiring harnesses using CAD tools -UGNX
  • Interpret electrical schematics and convert them into 3D harness layouts.
  • Integrate harness models into mechanical assemblies ensuring fit, clearance, and serviceability.
  • Select connectors, clips, protection components, and define harness architecture.
  • Generate 2D drawings, nail-board diagrams, and BOMs for manufacturing.
