We are seeking a talented 3D Designer WITH BIM to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and animation, with a passion for creating visually stunning designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and animations for various projects including product design, marketing materials, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Utilize industry-standard software to produce high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback into the design process.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in 3D design or related fields.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

5+ years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM coordination, with at least 3 years in

power infrastructure or industrial projects.

Proven experience in substation or large-scale plant modeling.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and clash detection tools.

Familiarity with engineering databases and data exchange standards.

Knowledge of multi-disciplinary modeling including Electrical, Civil, Structural, HVAC,

and Architectural components.

• Understanding of international standards and project CAD/BIM procedures.
