EventiveCommunications is looking for a talented 3D Designer to craft immersive event environments through innovative and visually compelling designs. Ifyou'redetail-driven, a great collaborator, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design 3D event setups: stage layouts, exhibition booths, experience zones, installations, etc.
- Translate client briefs into creative 3D concepts and mockups
- Work closely with creative directors, production heads, and client servicing teams
- Present concepts clearly and adjust designs based on internal and client feedback
- Ensure all designs are practical, production-ready, and within the given scope
- Create realisticrendersthat communicate the event experience
- Support the production team with design specs and material suggestions
Requirements:
- 5-7years of experience as a 3D Designer (preferably in the event or experiential industry)
- Proficiencyin 3Ds Max,Photoshop,v-rayand Illustrator
- Strong portfolio of event/stage/stall/environment design work
- Excellent team collaboration skills ability to work across departments smoothly
- Strong communicationskills able to present ideas clearly and confidently
- Understanding of event production, space management, and material feasibility
- Ability to multitask, adapt to feedback, and deliver within tight timelines
- Event agency experience isa must
