Job Title: 3D Designer Interior Fit-out

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with 13 years of experience in the Interior Fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualisation of commercial and residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D visualisations of interior layouts and concepts for client presentations.

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop design solutions

Understand client briefs and translate them into visually appealing 3D renders.

Prepare 3D walkthroughs, conceptual renders, and detailed design presentations.

Maintain design aesthetics and brand standards across all visuals.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

Knowledge of space planning, materials, textures, and lighting techniques.

Good understanding of construction and fit-out processes is a plus.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
