We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist with strong experience in PC game development to create high-quality 3D assets that enhance gameplay and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in real-time engines, collaborating with designers and programmers, and delivering optimized assets for PC platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, including characters, environments, props, and weapons for PC games
- Develop low-poly and high-poly models with optimized topology
- Create and apply PBR textures (Albedo, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, etc.)
- Ensure assets meet performance and memory optimization standards for PC
- Work closely with Game Designers, Animators, and Programmers
- Integrate assets into game engines like Unity
- Maintain visual consistency with the game's art style
- Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on assets based on reviews
- Follow naming conventions, asset pipelines, and documentation standards
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in PC games
- Experience with stylized or realistic art styles
- Basic knowledge of rigging and animation
- Familiarity with lighting and rendering in game engines
- Knowledge of version control tools (Perforce, Git)
- Experience with texturing tools such as Substance Painter and Substance Designer
- Strong understanding of UV mapping, baking, and PBR workflows
- Solid knowledge of real-time asset optimization Ability to read and follow concept art and technical briefs
