Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Artist who specializes in creating stylized, low-poly, game-ready characters and environments for a strategy game. Assets must be optimized for real-time rendering, delivered with clean topology, proper rigging, and prepared in strict T-pose for animation and engine integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create stylized low-poly characters with strong, readable silhouettes
  • Deliver models in strict T-pose with rig-friendly topology
  • Rig characters with clean, deformation-safe skeletons and skin weights
  • Produce flat/hand-painted textures suitable for real-time engines
  • Prepare engine-ready FBX/GLB files with correct scale, pivots, and hierarchy
  • Follow poly budget and texture atlas discipline
  • Ensure assets are readable at small on-screen sizes
  • Collaborate with designers and developers for gameplay readability
  • Validate models in engine for deformation, performance, and clarity

Required Skills

  • +8 years of experience as 3D Artist (Stylized Low-Poly, Game-Ready)
  • Strong low-poly modeling and stylization
  • Character rigging and skinning for game engines
  • Clean topology and edge flow for deformation
  • Experience exporting rigged assets for game engines (Unity preferred)
  • Understanding of optimization for web/mobile rendering
  • Knowledge of flat/hand-painted texturing workflows
  • Experience with strategy or card-based games
  • Basic animation knowledge
  • Familiarity with performance constraints

Portfolio Must Show
