3D Architectural Visualizer

Job Description:

The 3D Rendering Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for township, residential, and luxury real estate projects. The role involves transforming architectural drawings, concepts, and layouts into compelling visual representations for marketing, presentations, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization & Rendering
. Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations for residential, township, and commercial projects.
. Convert architectural drawings, CAD plans, and sketches into realistic 3D models.
. Produce exterior, interior, landscape, and aerial views for marketing collaterals.

2. Design Interpretation
. Work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project concepts and translate them into visual imagery.
. Ensure visual outputs align with project design intent, materials, lighting, and landscaping.

3. Software & Technical Execution
. Create detailed models using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
. Apply textures, lighting, shadows, and environmental settings to achieve photorealistic output.
. Perform post-production using Photoshop or similar tools.

4. Marketing & Presentation Support
. Create visuals for brochures, digital campaigns, presentations, hoardings, and investor decks.
. Develop 3D walkthrough animations and flythrough for project presentations and launches.

5. Coordination
. Coordinate with architectural, landscape, and interior design teams for design accuracy.
. Update renders based on design revisions and project changes.

Job Expectations:

Required Skills
. Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, lighting, and texturing.
. Expertise in tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, Unreal Engine.
. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and post-render editing.
. Understanding of architectural drawings and spatial planning.
. Ability to create photorealistic visual outputs.

Experience
. Experience working on large-scale developments or township projects is preferred

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.

3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization for real estate, township, or luxury residential projects.
