Hyperloop Group is a multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Architecture, Structural Engineering, Liaisoning, and Redevelopment Advisory.

We deliver end-to-end solutions for redevelopment, residential, and commercial projects across MMR region, focusing on quality execution, compliance, and design excellence.

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer – Architectural (3ds Max Specialist) to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentation renders for redevelopment and high-rise projects.

The candidate will transform architectural concepts into visually compelling 3D outputs for client presentations, approvals, and marketing purposes.

• Develop detailed 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and design inputs
• Create photorealistic exterior and interior renders
• Produce walkthrough animations and cinematic presentations
• Apply advanced lighting, textures, materials, and rendering techniques
• Ensure accurate scale, proportion, and architectural detailing
• Collaborate with architects, PMC, and engineering teams
• Prepare presentation-ready visuals using Photoshop and post-production tools
• Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

• Strong expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max (Compulsory)
• Proficiency in rendering engines:
• V-Ray (Mandatory) / Corona Renderer
• Strong understanding of:
• Lighting & rendering principles
• Material mapping & texture creation
• Camera angles & composition
• Architectural realism & detailing

• 3ds Max (Mandatory)
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer (Mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop (Post-production)
• AutoCAD (drawing understanding)
• Lumion / Enscape / Unreal Engine (preferred advantage)

• 2–6 years for full-time role
• Freshers / interns with strong portfolio can apply for internship

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Training on real redevelopment & high-rise projects
• Exposure to PMC-driven architectural workflow
• Performance-based conversion to full-time role

• Candidate must have own high-performance laptop/workstation capable of handling heavy 3D modeling, rendering, and animation tasks

• Strong sense of realism, design detailing, and aesthetics
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Creative thinking with architectural understanding

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Experience in Mumbai redevelopment / high-rise residential projects
• Basic understanding of DCPR / UDCPR regulations
• Ability to create marketing & investor presentation visuals
• Strong architectural visualization portfolio

• Exposure to large-scale redevelopment projects in MMR
• Work with experienced PMC and architectural professionals
• Hands-on learning in real project execution workflow
