This is a full-time, on-site role for experienced Technical Trainers located in Bengaluru South. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to develop participants skills and knowledge in software and web development. Trainers will guide and mentor trainees in hands-on projects, facilitate interactive learning sessions, and ensure training aligns with industry standards and trends. The role requires active collaboration with team members and participants to create an engaging and productive learning experience.

• Proficiency in Technical Training and Training Development
• Skills in effectively conducting Training programs and engaging diverse learners
• Strong Communication abilities to deliver concepts clearly and effectively
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, or similar roles in IT and Training & Development
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on project experience
• A passion for teaching and enabling self-learning in technical environments
• Understanding of the current IT industry and emerging trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in corporate or hands-on IT training is highly desirable
