YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a polished and professional Associate Food and Beverage Service and Office Administration to join our team at the MAIA Estates marketing office Pelican Gardens. This role blends high-touch hospitality with operational and administrative support, ensuring a seamless, 5-star service experience for internal teams, clients and guests. The ideal candidate will embody MAIA's values of excellence, attention to detail and premium service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to internal staff, aligned with MAIA's premium hospitality standards.
  • Step in to assist clients and management with F&B service during the absence of the Food and Beverage Executive or high-volume occasions.
  • Anticipate and create intuitive service experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of F&B inventory, ensuring supplies are consistently stocked.
  • Uphold a polished, courteous and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Support events with bar and beverage service during client gatherings, launches and special occasions.
  • Provide assistance to the Facility Manager and Food and Beverage Executive with day-to-day facility tasks.
  • Manage daily office administration tasks such as:
  • Stationery and office supplies coordination.
  • Document handling: scanning, printing, filing, shredding.
  • Organizing, arranging and maintaining the overall workspace.
  • Opening and closing of the office premises.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness and presentation of the marketing office, show flat and surrounding landscape areas.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B service cum office assistant role within a corporate or fine-dining environment.
  • Educational qualification: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management (or related hospitality field).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • High attention to detail with a well-groomed, polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and service-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced luxury sales environment.
